Varanasi, India Founder & Director, Layerforge Technologies
I run Layerforge Technologies — a product and platform company in Varanasi that ships for founders and enterprises who need delivery, not decks. What I’m building next is in crypto: onboarding people who have never touched a wallet.

Products, community and capital for the next wave of on-chain users. In build. I’m open to investors, sponsors and strategic partners.
Momentum is the only moat you own early.
Step 01
Rooms before roadmaps. The right ten people beat the right ten slides, every time.
Step 02
Sit with the problem long enough to find the unfair angle. Most people quit this step early.
Step 03
Build the version that could not have existed last year. Anything else is catch-up.
Step 04
Something real inside weeks, not quarters. Shipping is the only thing that compounds.
Step 05
Hold the deadline. A shipped thing that exists beats a better thing that does not.
I decide what gets built, fund it, and hold the deadline.
My edge is reading people, markets and momentum — then getting the right builders moving in one direction.
I lead from the front: raising, building teams, and taking products from an idea to something people actually use. Right now that means two things — Layerforge, where we ship product and platform work for founders and enterprises, and a crypto venture I'm building for people who have never touched a wallet.
I grew up in Varanasi, which taught me patience, and I work in crypto, which taught me speed. I'm also an artist, and that habit of composition shows up in how I design companies: structure first, texture second, nothing on the canvas that doesn't belong.
